This is my 3rd time staying at Tim’s cabin and it has everything you need. The location on the river is so much fun and I appreciate him being stocked with extras like beach towels and chairs, kitchen spices, grill stuff etc. would definitely recommend!

The Hoffman cabin is an ideal getaway from the city. There are big windows in the main room of the cabin and a large wood table with ample seating providing a theater view of the outdoors. There you can enjoy morning coffee, look out onto the Delaware River and watch the occasional deer, beaver and fox traveling across the property. The Hoffmans provide a gas or charcoal grill for your cooking fancy. Clean towels and linens are plentiful. There is a full kitchen with dishes, glasses, cups and enough cooking utensils for the nice meal you may want to prepare and enjoy on warm summer evenings at the picnic table on the patio. For evening fun, there is a big fire pit down away from the cabin, close to the river. There is also an abundance of firewood, to make a fire and indulge childhood memories of eating s'mores. The natural world is the main attraction in this area and the Hoffman cabin is perfectly situated and not far from Soaring Eagle canoe rental for a trip down the Delaware River. But the Hoffman cabin is in such a wonderland place, you may want to simply sit back and take it all in on the patio, or pull out a camp chair from the closet and sit at the river's edge and do nothing. Callicoon is the nearest town, and it has a grocery store where you can stock up on supplies for your stay. The Hoffmans have made a point of providing a safe and welcoming environment, a place to relax and feel comfortable in a beautiful setting. This is my third visit to the Hoffman cabin, and I am already making plans for another visit!

This cabin was amazing. Very clean with everything you would need with a great view and easy access to the river. Tim and Lisa are wonderful Hosts and greeted us on the next day and had great conversation. The location is very quiet and a short distance to amazing places to visit. We are looking forward to coming back again but going to make it a longer stay! Thanks again Tim and Lisa for an amazing get away weekend! Jeff and Stephanie
