The open living room and formal dining room, which seats eight or more guests, boast panoramic views of the lake and deck, creating an elegant setting for relaxation. The large fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for both entertaining and preparing delicious meals for your loved ones, featuring a butler's pantry with sink and wet bar, an eat-in breakfast table, and tons of cabinet and counter space. Just off the kitchen, there is also a sun-room, which is the perfect spot for taking in the sunshine and having your morning coffee. Separated by sliding doors for quiet at night, there are three bedrooms on one end of the home and a front room over the garage (a FROG) at the other end. The primary suite (Bedroom #1) features an adjustable Sleep Number king-sized bed, TV and a private bathroom with separate vanity sinks, standing shower, soaking tub and walk-in closet. It also has access to the deck and pool area. The other two bedrooms (Bedroom #2 and #3) on the main level contain a king-sized bed and two full-sized beds, respectively, and share access to the hallway bathroom. Seabrook Business License #: 20231107 The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day. The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025. To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities. Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island is requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total.
