We had such a great time at Rancho Magdalena! The property is absolutely beautiful. The house was spotless and the beds are so comfortable. Douglas was incredible with response times and recommendations, we really appreciate him. There are so many swallows nests on the house which makes for a beautiful show during sunset. The views from the balcony and property during sunset are unbeatable. The basketball court and tennis court were perfect for our competitive guests. There's a basketball and tennis rackets on the property for us to use! There's horseshoes and a volleyball court as well, but we didn't use them! Life size chess is also on the property. The pool was so refreshing, we didn't even need to heat it. The house itself is fenced in, so perfect for our dogs. The home theater was awesome for movie night. Things to note: the property is far (20-30min) from chain grocery stores so shop on your way in. Ubereats does deliver. Hot water takes a min, so be patient. Loved our stay!

Excellent place to relax and "get away". Spacious and beautiful surroundings. The host, Douglas, was outstanding! He was available at all hours and very quick to respond if we had a question. My kids loved the movie theater which was nice to have considering we had heavy rain for 2 days. If you have a large group and are looking to relax from work or "city life", this is your choice.

We enjoyed our stay, the hosts were responsive and the views are gorgeous. It is a little off the beaten path, but it is private and peaceful. We would stay again!

O my gosh! If I could give 10 stars I would! What a beautiful home, beautiful property and super nice helpful host. Douglas is close by and answers immediately when you have a question but, does not hover at all :) The home has flat screens in all the bedrooms and throughout the house, everything you need in the kitchen, so many extras and details I can't list them all but, from the basketball court to the racquet ball court, work out rooms, 7 bathrooms, kitchen, theater room, game room to the super comfy beds and linens and every clean and fresh it was just amazing! I have to also mention the pool and Jacuzzi and back sitting areas are gorgeous and everything in the house worked! If you do vacation rentals you know sometimes outlets don't work, appliances don't work etc etc but not here. It was just PERFECT!
