Pickleball, pool/spa, sauna, Fire pits, 125' zip line, basketball, playground, pool table, darts, BB gun gallery, ninja line, disc golf, yard games, rope swing, bar/game room & more! Adventure awaits! This 2.3 acre private retreat is close to everything, yet feels worlds away. The gated estate has 3 houses (sleeping 20+) situated around an enormous ocean-sunset patio w/new saltwater pool. The main house sleeps 12. 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms, & barn w/game room/bar/85" movie theatre. Book early! 4 bed / 2.5 bath two-story main house - sleeps 12 in beds (plus pack n play) 2 bed / 1 bath 950 sq. ft guest house with no stairs - sleeps 6 in beds (plus couch) 1 bed / 1 bath 600 sq. ft casita with no stairs - sleeps 4 - 2 in beds, 2 on queen air mattress (plus couch) Each house has its own kitchen, living room and bathroom(s). The larger guest house and main house have full laundry. Main house has 2 Showers, 1 jetted jacuzzi (with ocean view) and a bath tub. The guest house and casita both have showers in their bathrooms. Pool has a full fence around it (not pictured) to protect young ones. Please note, due to the immense cost of the propane required to heat the hot tub, we collect an extra $100 per day fee. Sauna is on the patio near the pool. The 600 sq. ft barn is the crown jewel of the ranch. A multipurpose space with office, stunning mahogany bar, pool table, dart board, pop-a-shot basketball, custom 10' bar table, and 3 rows of seating for 85" movie theatre setup with 9.1 Dolby Atmos Surround Sound. Private Pickleball court with rackets and balls Many other adventurous spaces/activities as listed in the main description, also including basketball hoop, cornhole (bags), 16 person dining table with distant ocean sunset view and more! One of the homes on the property is our primary residence in the months when it is not rented which means 1) you'll have a lot more supplies and amenities than a normal vacation rental and 2) there will be personal items neatly tucked away in various spaces that will not be a detriment to your stay.

The place is awesome! We had too much fun with the backyard BB gun range, and playing pickleball. Daniel and Emily were very nice and accommodative throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

Most accommodating and responsive host. Place was perfect for the soccer team of boys and chaperones. Coach in one house, chaperones in the other house with the players in the main house, couldn’t have worked out better. Lots of activities to be had by the players. Pool and hot tub and the game room were a big hit with the players. Daniel & Emily were quick with their responses and really took care of this team. Much appreciated. Thank You.

Every year, we go on a multigenerational family reunion at different areas in the US. Out of all the large homes we’ve rented, Daniel and Emily’s estate is our favorite! There is an abundance of things to do that you don’t ever want to leave. We spent our time playing pickle ball, shooting hoops, working out in their gym, gathering around the fireplace chatting and making s’mores, playing billiards and shooting BB guns, of course endless hours in the pool. It was so nice to see our kids and nieces and nephews actually doing stuff together, not just be on their devices/electronics. There are plenty of bedrooms and privacy as well with the two casitas. The sunset views were beautiful. Finally, we had a chance to meet Daniel who was so kind. We had an issue with plumbing which the owners promptly fixed. They were so super responsive and kind! We definitely hope to stay here again. Our kids kept saying “this is the best house ever!”. Thank you for opening up your home to our family!

This is a great place to stay for families!! There are so many things to do on the property from swimming to playing pickle ball or basketball!! They even have a game room with a movie theater and pool table. Your children will never be bored. They made this so special for us, that they even asked the local horse handler to bring horses on the property to give our kids an opportunity to pet the horses!! We had a wonderful time!!! The property is a ranch in a rural setting. Quiet, private, dead end street. The house is located on a hill in the middle of 5 acres. The homes around the area range from original 1950's ranches to new, multi-million dollar properties. The drive in doesn't do justice to the area until you escape into the rolling hills of Bella Vista!

There is ample parking across multiple paved areas. 2 gated entrances to the estate connect via driveway.
You are also close to the sprinter train line if you want to ride it to and from the coast.
