Upon arrival we couldn’t get into the house because the management company did not know we were coming. Which meant the house was not clean. We had to leave while it was cleaned. We even offered to make up the beds as long as we had clean sheets if that meant giving more time for the last minute cleaning of bathrooms and living areas. After returning there were still food crumbs on nightstands and smashed chips in closests. The dishwasher was full and not emptied. Floors and carpets with hair and dirt still on them. For check out, you are supposed to strip the sheets from the beds. In the one king bedroom upstairs there was so many stains on that mattress it literally had us dry heaving and sick to our stomachs knowing that we slept on it for 2 nights. Evolve had me send documentation and no one actually called to discuss just got an email and $109 refund after spending $800 on a place so dirty we didn’t feel comfortable sitting or sleeping anywhere. Don’t rent from this company.
Great place and great host. My team couldn't have been happier with their experience on their work trip. Highly recommend!
It was a great stay. Perfect location for us to be right by Xavier’s campus. Perfect for our family and friends. Spacious and comfortable spot. Would stay again.
