Beautiful place, great space to accommodate 4 families for a graduation celebration and all stay comfortable. If you are on one floor the noise does not carry to the next floor. This was great for children to nap and not wake up from noise on the first floor. Home has 3 wonderful view of the river and city. The home is on a quiet area and had lots of street parking around home. Host is quick with his responses and made this a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay! Dan is one of the best hosts I have ever worked with. He made accommodations and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The house provided plenty of work space for our organization’s work retreat. The view was incredible! Our staff have asked to stay here every year.
