This historic home is a pleasure to see and was a delight for our group of 11 from 3 generations, ages 8-84. The online photos don 't do it justice: it has beautiful light, every space is expansive, the renovations have preserved original features, are attentive to detail, and still provide all needed modern conveniences. Parking is ample and the backyard was enough for the 8 to 10-year-olds to throw and kick balls on lovely spring days. As nice as the house is, it's location at the entrance to Eden Park is a huge plus. I am a CIncinnati native, so the park's proximity was key, and you can get almost anywhere else easily. We went to Krohn Conservatory and viewed the Ohio River from the overlook, Two members of our group walked to co-working space near Music Hall and used Lime scooters for the trip back. Thank you, Charlotte, for opening this exceptional home!

The house is amazing. This house is like no other. it has so much charm. It was spacious enough for our group of 14. There was parking on site that accommodated our three cars. Charlotte was very responsive to all our questions. i would highly recommend.
