Dillion is a great host! Extremely easy to work with. The place was perfect and left our group with some great memories of their time there. I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice space for a group of friends to get - a - way and explore Cincinnati.
We booked this for a company retreat and annual planning meeting. The size of the house and rooms were great and were as advertised. However, the separation of the cellar room and the attic space was unexpected and a little weird. They let us know the day before that the main fridge was completely out of order. They brought in coolers and supplied some ice located in the cellar but it was just inconvenient and not very classy for our work retreat - disappointing I guess. The main house also could have used more coffee cups and glassware. The single serve coffee we could not get to work so we took the one from the attic. The contacts for the house were helpful and the check in details once provided were clear just not what we were expecting based on the listing and at that point we were stuck. All in all it was fine and quirky and we had laughs about it just not what I was hoping for when originally booked.
This is the neatest, unique house. The decorations are so awesome. Very clean, not cluttered, humongous house. We had 17 people stay and had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. We loved staying here.
My family came in from Illinois this past weekend, and I tell you this place was amazing. The friendliness and quick response time from our host was great. we so enjoyed our time in Cincinnati. I can't wait to return.
We are a large family reunion of 16. We really enjoyed our visit. The host was easy to work with. The gated parking lot in back was spacious. Note: all bedrooms need the use of staircases to reach them. If your group is larger than 12, consider bringing extra card table chairs or camp chairs for group visiting. The house is super convenient for the Reds Ballpark, a large Kroger, museums, and Finley Market for lunches and shopping. Come on down, you will have fun.
