I recently stayed at Hotel Landmark in Calicut for one night and had a delightful experience. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the balcony. Overlooking the scenic surroundings of Calicut. The flat itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with friendly staff who provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I highly recommend Landmark for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Calicut, especially for those who appreciate stunning views from their accommodation.

The place was very untidy. Host was very unresponsive and I had to call/text him multiple times to get the address and location. We had to wait for half an hour outside the house even after giving prior information about early check in(to which the host already agreed). The house was not maintained properly. Utensils were left dirty, bathroom had weird smell and there were hair strands all around the house. The sofa was filthy. Even after asking the host to get the house cleaned, he didn’t respond and the house was never cleaned in the span of two days during our stay. This is highly unprofessional. Coming to the location it is far away from the main city so I had to spend a lot of money in autos/cabs to go around places. It is easy to find and auto from the main gate of apartment. There’s a small shop/general store inside the campus where one can buy daily stuff. The AC was not working properly and had no cooling effect. Balcony was filled with bird droppings and was unusable.
