Andrew’s stay is truly special. The pictures don’t do this terrace palace justice, (in a good way). It is decorated charmingly, clutter free and has all the bathroom and kitchen essentials. It is close to amenities such as the grocery store, chemist and main tram line into the CBD, but also within walking distance of the botanical gardens, great restaurants, the harbour front and Luna Park. The nearly 180 degree views are spectacular and sunset time is not to be missed as it is a truly magical moment here. Andrew is also a very friendly and amiable host. I highly recommend this rare gem of a stay.

Andrew's little penthouse was perfect. We had extraordinary views of the neighbourhood and city skyline...from our bed! Easy walking distance to restaurants, beach and trams. The kitchen was freshly renovated and had all we could want....and views. The bathroom too was freshly renovated ....if bijou! We will definitely be back.🧡

This stay was so lovely, comfortable and homely. Andy is a very accomodating, generous host and he was quick to respond to all our queries. We loved the outside area which gives you views of the sunrise and sunset. The location is perfect, there is a tram stop right out the front which takes you directly into the city. The kitchen is well equipped to make your own meals and there is also plenty of cafes and places to eat just down the road. The apartment itself is very quaint & stylish, Andy has made sure everything is beautifully presented. Thank you again for a perfect stay Andy and we would highly recommend this space to anyone visiting Melbourne!
