This Airbnb is in a great location for a DC trip! I’d recommend eating at El Presidente if you stay here. This place was also a good price. Anthony is a responsive host.

Pros: The location was great. We were working at a convention and could get rides to the convention center and back easily. It is also a great location for seeing many of the sites in central D.C. The neighborhood felt safe enough. The apartment was clean. Cons: It is very small, which we expected. Luckily there were only 3 of us. The beds were horrible! Both beds were box springs topped with 2 mattresses on top of each other. This made them super soft and saggy so we felt like we were sleeping in a hammock. In addition, the top mattress was thin and in one bedroom she could feel the springs in it. Sleep was difficult anyway because the worst part about the apartment is the upstairs neighbors who don’t seem to sleep. They were yelling at there kids past 11 pm and waking us up with noises all night. The kids running sounded like thunder above us. We could hear every word of them swearing at their kids. It was so bad we left before our last night as we badly needed rest.

This place is fantastic. The kitchen is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The area is great and there is plenty of parking available for bikes and e-bikes. Additionally, there are some bus stops and metro stations located near the house. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay in this place again during my next visit to DC. Thank you, Anthony!
