Pros: Location is good. Near Ayala mall with plenty of shops and eating options. Super responsive host. Had a faulty water heater and came down to resolve at 10pm. Asked for more towels and was delivered. Cons: Google location is wrong but if you follow host’s instruction on landmark, you will be able to find it. Toilet is too small but looks like picture. Bed is too soft and springy. Condo is new but seems not finished with unfinished corridors and 1 broken down lift. 1 lift to serve entire place remaining. Good for 2 pax on a budget and wish to have a good location near mall.

Had a nice stay in Weichieh’s place. It was cute and very aesthetically pleasing. Close to lots of food places and is easily accessible.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cebu and part of that reason was because our accommodation was very good. The staff in the building were friendly and helpful and the room we stayed in was super comfortable. We were also able to access the swimming pool, which was not too big but nice enough to take a dip in. Parts of the building were still under construction so there were some construction people and noises but overall, it was a very good accommodation. We highly recommend staying in this airbnb.
