Leah has thought of everything with this space. Including a porta cot and stuffed toys for kids. There were bathroom products for use and cleaning items readily available. Perfect place to stay
We had a great stay at Leah's place. Beautiful house with art work and indoor plants throughout. Very clean, well furnished and modern amenities. Beautiful location and grest communication.

Gregory Street is one of Ballarats most sort after locations to live. Located the next street up from Lake Wendouree and only 700 metres from Woolworths, McDonalds and Howitt Street shopping complex.
The unit is located 900 metres from Ballarat Grammar, is right next door to an outdoor bowls complex and only a 15 minute walk to Wendouree Train Station.
Ballarat has Taixs, Uber, bus services, trains and motorised scooters. It would take around 30 minutes to walk to Ballarat CBD too.
