I’ll start with positives, Maud was a very responsive host so any problem that did arise was dealt with quickly. The house inside itself is clean and spacious. Now the negatives/things that could be improved to make it a more comfortable stay. Firstly we were surprised to find after arriving 1.5 hours after check in the cleaner there as we unlocked the door. he was still cleaning at 4.30! Our towels were left wet on an airer so we had to put them in the dryer. the front & back garden needs the grass cutting. The back is a lovely size & it would have been nice to be able to let my kids out there. The front had rubbish scattered around and then more when an animal ripped open a bag that was left outside from previous people. Theres no instructions of where to put rubbish. kitchen needs more cooking equipment theres no grill pan and no baking trays. Also there needs more seats at the table. And bedside tables & lamps in the bedrooms & proper hand towels in the toilets not flannels.

This house was very clean and tidy and we had a pleasant stay. However, it would be helpful if the following things were included in the property: - at least one mirror - some more items to cook with - frying pan / baking trays/ grill pan - more chairs for dining table (it is a 6 bedroom house but only 4 chairs).

the bedrooms very fairly comfortable and spacious the neighbourhood was also quite nice. The house was also fairly warm and cosy only the living room was abit chilly. but to be honest I did enjoy my stay within this house.
