Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Roger, c'est très calme et directement sur l'océan. Nous recommendons de louer un scooter pour voir davantage de lieux c'est un endroit relativement isolé. Parfait pour les surfers, mer intense et bruyante la nuit! Pour ma part il m'a fallu aller à 45 min pour trouver une plage avec une mer plus tranquille pour me baigner. Cest sauvage Popoyo et les routes pour s'y rendre sont en construction! En tout et pour tout ça nous a plu. Un plus au resto Popoyo republic!

If you’re looking for a functional space on the beach where you will get to see the beautiful sunsets, walk the beach, and listen to the waves all night, then this is the spot for you! We were in town for a wedding at Rancho Santana and stayed with Roger throughout the weekend. He was super accommodating, very helpful when it came to transportation, and overall a very straight forward experience. There are cute bars and restaurants around and the area is extremely walkable. If you’re looking for the most pristine and luxurious, five star experience, this is probably not the place for you.

Wir hatten das große Glück das Bungalow direkt am Strand zu erhalten. Unglaublich schön! Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und entschleunigend. Der Strandabschnitt ist super schön und weitläufig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir hatten bisschen die Befürchtung, dass eine Unterkunft so nah am Wasser und mit Bad auf dem Zimmer, anfällig für Käferbefall sein könnte. Aber nichts dergleichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt dort. Carolina und Roger sind sehr liebe, süße und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Es war wie ein Besuch bei der Familie. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was gebraucht wird. Es fährt täglich ein kleiner Truck mit Früchten, Gemüse, Eier etc vorbei. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da wir so ganz einfach selber kochen und den teuren Preisen in der Umgebung ausweichen konnten. Es war ein sehr besonderer Stop für uns auf unserer Reise durch Nicaragua und sind glücklich die Tage dort erlebt haben zu dürfen.

Great place! Location was awesome…steps from the beach, a restaurant right next door. Very peaceful property. The host, Roger, was very hospitable…immediate communication, super nice and accommodating guy. We would definitely stay here again.

Upon my arrival everything was tip top shape and was exactly how it was stated on the Internet also Airbnb and location on Google maps. I was in the back house which is still beachfront had a great view walking distance to great surf. Roger is a great host he always ask if I need anything when he is heading to town and will help you out if you need a ride anywhere in reason his house cleaner is amazing super friendly. You have massage on property and a restaurant two lots over that is super good. I like this place cause it is quite and somewhat away from all the backpackers and none sense but close enough for all you’re needs. I have liked staying here so much that I have extended my stay for another month on this beautiful property.
