Pros: 1. Rooms and amenities were as per the description. 2. Staff were friendly and were available for any needs. 3. Ambience and location (close to the beach) was extra-ordinary. 4. Wooden construction gives a warm touch. Cons: Couple of points to improve: 1. Need to ensure guests get a safe feeling in and around the location. Stray dogs barking and approaching each and every time you get out of the property pose a sense of risk. 2. A/c inside the room was not working properly... This is something unacceptable. 3. Breakfast menu and cleanliness of utensils need definite improvement.

overall okay, but the property need maintenance. and also balcony doors are unable to lock, wooden floors also squeaky
