Adjoining is the dining area (seating for 4 or 6) and newly remodeled and spacious chef's kitchen for preparing delicious meals for the group. The thoughtful cabinetry design features a large pantry, built-in microwave, beverage/wine chiller and hidden coffee bar. The kitchen area also features a large island with seating for 4 adjacent to the dining area. There is a small deck off the kitchen/dining area with a gas grill, firepit and picnic table where you can enjoy outdoor dining and the peacefullness of the backyard. The primary ensuite (king bed) with direct access to the front porch/hot tub is off the living room. The primary bath boasts a large walk-in tiled shower. An office (twin beds) and half bath round out the main level. Second floor loft area: The upper level has a family room, queen bed, and bath with a tub/shower combination. The sleeping area overlooks the dining/living area and is equipped with privacy curtains. The lower level has a non-conforming (no egress) bedroom with a queen bed. There is also laundry and a foosball table in the lower level.
