Spacious house with huge fenced back yard for dog. However furniture was sparse and basic. Steph was responsive to request for kitchen implements that were missing.

I was disappointed with this stay. We pulled up to the property and there were bins out the front, beer bottles on the lawn, badly overflowing mailbox, gates open, screen door open and the lawn (weeds and prickles) was not cared for. Inside was clear and yes it is very spacious and very pet friendly. But don't expect to find anything there, not even tea or coffee. No bathmat or hand towel and one quilt on the bed that doesn't even cover the mattress. Thankfully the heating is good. The backyard is huge and well-fenced, but it was awful. Overgrown weeds and prickles, my dog couldn't even walk properly around it. The fridge also sounds like a lawnmower all the time. The property is fine, it does the job, but is not at all welcoming.

Great location. So central. Steph was also great with communication. House was very clean. Place however is an older house and needing some maintenance, especially the Gardens & Bathrooms. (Garden very over grown and messy, main bathroom we could not use the shower and ensuite shower door falling apart and not great overall). Kitchen also could have been stocked a little better (no glasses only mugs). Only 1 old small towel available per person. No hand towel or shower matt. All beds are only double's (and small doubles at that) with even smaller doona's on them.

Steph’s house is comfy and lovely. We had a very good time during the stay.
