The cottage was beautiful and very private and quiet, but easy to get to wineries, etc. The only downside was the Wi-Fi -it was very slow. My husband works from home and usually spends about an hour on the computer each morning. The system was very slow and kept disconnecting him. That was the only downside -the cottage was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and hot water. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There was coffee, and coffee filters, and everything was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place to stay for the weekend! Kind host and lots to do in the area. Having a private dock was peaceful and unique.

Beautiful location, very clean cottage with amentites ( towels, soap, dishes, toilet paper, cooking utensils). Nice to have all the comforts of home while on a vacation. The sunsets are lovely and very serene setting. Didn’t see a toaster but used the stove top if needed. Be mindful you are steps away from a body of water so there are mosquitoes, spiders and friends of. Wi-Fi is great upstairs but in the bedrooms down stairs it is extremely spotty. If you are looking to relax this is the place to be. Away from the hustle and bustle and close to Greenport for some cute shopping and good restaurants.

Beautiful location on the water. Wonderful kayaking and birding — osprey, blue heron, green heron, swans, egrets, and more. Great sunsets. Rose accommodated us with early arrival and late departure. We truly appreciated her flexibility.
