Kendall's place was the perfect place to stay while I attended a conference at the JW Marriott. Instructions for check in were incredibly clear and helpful. Due to the nature of the building, you have to check in with concierge (which is great for added security! It just takes an extra step) to get keys and a parking pass. The place was spotless, comfortable, quiet, and right across the street from the conference - I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay in Austin, Kendall's place is perfectly located to reach all the central attractions. The concierge on check in and checkout were super helpful and having the convenience of a store underneath the apartment was a bonus. I would highly recommend for a trip to Austin.

The flexibility and responsive of the host was incredible and made it easy to plan this trip for my boyfriend and his friends for his 30th birthday. The place was exactly as described and looks just like the photos. I also really appreciated the details provided for check-in and check-out that made it easy. I also really appreciated the reminder messages for the requirements of the check-in and check-out.
