Cozy and private room retreat with private entrance. Beautiful and modern stylish furniture and bathroom. Spotless and fresh linen. Very comfortable bed. Marco and his wife are very friendly and good hosts proactively providing all shower items, drinking water, milk, soda, plate, spoon and fork, butter, cereal, granola bar, candy and all necessary needs for my convenience. I sleep very well and really enjoy the stay. I would stay at Marco place again when I visit Fort Lauderdale again.

Very comfortable accommodations given the price. Marcos was an extremely warm host and was flexible and willing to accommodate a very late check-in when my flight was delayed. I was here for an academic conference and for a student’s budget this was a fine place to stay.
