Our group of 14 had an awesome stay! Cynthia was a great host, very responsive, and worked hard to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Cynthia was happy to accommodate/explain what was allowable based on the defined rules and was easily reachable to answer any questions we had during our stay. The home is very spacious, clean, and has plenty of beds. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances and utensils you would need. We spent most of our time outside on the patio, but the inside was great for hanging out after hours with the pool table/tv and plenty of furniture. The outdoor space absolutely lives up to the pictures. The landscape was well maintained, and the space was terrific for entertaining our group of 14. The patio, pool, spa, grill, and fire pit were all fantastic, and the view/scenery was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

besides the pool not being ready for use everything was perfect. luckily the hot tub got the job done. Cynthia was super accommodative for anything we needed. it was a perfect experience nonetheless
