This place was exactly what I suspected. It was a quick get away for the family. My kids got the experience of a lifetime as they were able to feed deer right in the front yard! Emily was a great host! Super responsive and had fresh flowers and pastries for us! I highly recommend this!

Spacious cabin with large kitchen and dining area. Place was super clean and comfortable. Emily was a great host and very responsive.

Cozy and Cute! Cabin feel home located in very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of deer outside, kids loved this. The house was great, well equipped kitchen (although dishwasher broken), clean bathrooms, cozy bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Wifi/internet was spotty. Grill, firepit and Kayak were available. Firewood available in the backyard to use. The yard is not fenced and there is a neighbor pretty close to the left of the house, but not a big issue. Close walk to a small area of lake access, there is a boat ramp available but would need padlock code to open if using this. We fished by this area with the kiddos, plenty of fish in there. There are some other little parks not too far away with lake access also. There is a great grocery store about 10 mins away called Bayside Fresh Market if you need anything. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly also. Overall great stay, very relaxing.

This cute cabin sits in a quiet neighborhood full of beautiful wildlife. There are so many deer and ducks and they move from lawn to lawn to nibble on grass and weeds. The house has been nicely renovated with quality touches while still keeping with a log cabin vibe and our time there was comfortable. We’ve always found that cities around Austin have dismal cell service and you will find that to be true in the Horseshoe Bay area but it’s also a reason to unplug and unwind. A drive into Marble Falls is only about 15 min away and there is a grocery store not too far from the cabin. Overall a nice stay and our family’s spring break getaway was just what we needed.
