The Retreat was the perfect location between Blacksburg and Lynchburg for our double graduation! The home was cozy and spotless ! Loved the comfy beds and new pillows! The neighbors were friendly and we felt like home away from home !

Adorable house, super comfortable, clean, and recently updated inside. Close to downtown but in a lovely picturesque quiet neighborhood.

A great space right near everything. We were staying there while looking for a place to live, and it felt like a good home base.

We had a great stay! Josh and Sadie were very responsive and proactive reaching out wishing us a nice time and asking if we needed anything. Everything was clean when we got there and the yard is so cute - we saw deer, bunnies and lots of birds. It’s an older home and could use a little TLC (esp the 4-seasons room) but has everything you need and is in fine shape for what it is. Beds were comfy and linens and bathroom were clean which is most important! We even got some use out of the smart tv for movie night and the Pictionary game on the game shelf for game night :)
