We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place. She was very welcoming and worked with us for an early check-in. She offered for our kids to meet their horse, goats and two sweet dogs, which made my kids day. We felt right at home. The place is decorated so cute and the bed is super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

This was a lovely place to stay, tucked away in a country setting (about 14 miles out of town). Julie was a very kind and responsive host! She even left homemade cookie dough. A perfect little space that was new, clean and SUPER cute. The deck was a wonderful space and there are two sweet doggies to greet your coming and goings. My husband and I highly recommend, this space.

Wow! One of the best Air B&Bs I’ve ever stayed at! The place was SO well decorated and comfortable. Amazing bed, lovely window seat, nice deck with chairs, and all very clean. Truly loved spending time here!

We are truly delighted with our stay at Julie’s place! The living space is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The view from the deck is breathtaking, such a peaceful place to stay with my family! Our host supplied the kitchen, living room and bathroom with everything a person could need. Our host went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable! We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to visit Waco.

This place was immaculate! Julie was kind and even offered us an opportunity to meet the farm animals! The whole family was warm and welcoming. The accommodations were just as described. The beds were comfortable. We were in Waco from NC to tour Baylor. It was a very convenient location, nice to get away from campus and relax! We would definitely return. Thank you!
