It was a great location. Very short walk to the beach via a boardwalk. The boardwalk is right next to the unit. Pickleball courts and pool across from the unit. It was very quiet. You can hear and see the waves from the balcony. Not too far from all the action. There was no lock on the balcony door. We called. They sent someone right away. He couldn’t fix it, but gave us something to keep the door from sliding open. The extra bedding was not where it says it is, so I had to reach out and I Avantstay again, and they were again quick to resolve it. Just so you know, the extra bedding is in the ottoman, not the closet. I’d definitely stay here again.
Really loved this little gem! It was very well appointed, so close to the beach and incredibly clean. The team left little goodies alongside plenty of amenities. Walking to the beach via boardwalk was awesome. So easy and close.
Loved this place, it was such a roomy place and super clean. The walk way to the beach was less than 5 minutes which was great. At first i couldn’t figure out which room number was mine so i called and they were so friendly and helped me with all my questions. Will totally be back again!
The place was beautiful! It was right on the beach and was very comfortable. The views were incredible. The only thing I would change is somewhere to put your clothes up, like a dresser or something.
Such a beautiful location and the condo was absolutely perfect! A comfortable bed, great shower, and a well-equipped kitchen made the condo feel like home - but on the beach!!! :)

As a result, SWAY LLC TX was born! Our name SWAY derived from our purposeful marketing and management plan that allows the owner and guest to relax - your stay will be amazing as a guest, and your property will be well marketed and managed as an owner.
