You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. Park your car in the garage and walk to the beach, restaurants, a selection of coffee shops, the 3.7-mile greenbelt walk/run trail, parks, playgrounds, surf shops, and so much more. Cook in the kitchen and eat in, or order in. Fill the couches and relax with a book, TV, or board games. Set up your laptop and make Hermosa Beach your new work-from-home home base. We'd love to have you! The property is all yours! Relax in one of the two balconies, the roof deck, or the central patio. You have a two-car garage for your vehicles or storage of recreational items. The house has two floors plus a roof deck. On the first floor, relax in the spacious living room, cook in the renovated kitchen, or dine at the family-style table. A convenient half bathroom is located on this floor. On the second floor, the Master Bedroom has ocean views and a private Master Bathroom, plus a walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms share a full bathroom, including a tub and shower. The roof has a spiral staircase accessed from one of the bedrooms. Enjoy scaping views from the roof. You have a rare, panoramic view of Malibu towards the Northwest, Catalina Island directly West, and the Palos Verdes peninsula to the Southwest. It's truly beautiful!

What an amazing house at an amazing location. Everything is better than expected. This is definitely the best AirBnB we have ever stayed. It is very clean and all the amenities, appliances, fixtures and beddings are high quality. We really appreciate the tasteful decorations throughout the houseI, the collection of a wide range of good books and the extra touches in the house such as safe in the master bedroom closet, and laundry baskets, etc. The house is only a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We get to enjoy a relaxing beach-life vacation without being in the middle of the noise and crowd. I especially enjoy watching the sunset from the rooftop balcony. Although we ate out most of the time, we do appreciate the well stocked, spacious modern kitchen. David is a great host; responsive and accommodating. We will definitely come back and hopefully for a longer stay.
Great area, great house and great host!
This place was as good as the pictures suggested. It was super clean and well maintained. It did not feel "worn" like some places. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make dinner for a dozen people, with no problem. The beach and "downtown" Hermosa Beach were only minutes away. We especially like the comedy club! I'd say that parking was hard in Hermosa Beach but it wasn't a problem here, as there was a garage for our cars. David was a great host! He was always responsive and very anxious to know how he could improve our experience. We would not hesitate to stay here on our next visit!
Where to start?! So many good things! This was by far one of the best AirBnB stays we've had! The location was incredible, short walking distance to the beach, the pier, awesome restaurants and shops. The house was amazing, plenty space for our family of 4 to spread out, beautiful new kitchen, large bedrooms, 3 outdoor patios (the rooftop being the absolute best:) After our day trips in the hustle & bustle of the LA area, we loved coming back to this peaceful little oasis. David was a fantastic host, quickly responsive, flexible and always helpful. We have family in the area, so we are definitely planning to stay here again. We can't wait!

Walkable neighborhood. Bikes and other beach transportation can be easily rented at many close-by shops. Rideshares (Uber/Lyft) are plentiful in the area. Taxis are present near the pier. Street parking in residential areas is for permanent residents and metered parking is available for non-residents for shorter terms (2-3 hours) and parking garages are close by for longer durations. Note the house has a private two-car garage for tenants.
