Place was worth what you pay for, bedsheets and walls had small stains but overall everything was still clean. House was very big for 7 guests. Out if the 3 or 4 air con remote controls, only 1 was working, and the TV wasnt easy to operate either. Host was super responsive and helpful, allowed us to check in 3hrs early. Would book again.

Good: - relatively cheaper compared to others similar listing. - easy to check in and host provided 2 parking slots - place is peaceful and feels safe. Security guards are on the ball. - close to Aeon and Toppen mall and good eateries at Austin - hair dryer is excellent Not so good: - from earlier reviews, aircon remote controls do not work but seemed like no one bothered to fix. Still did not work when I checked in. Became an issue during stay. Had to stand on the chair and manually turn off all the aircon sets. - TV does not work - Had to get my own shower gel and shampoo. Only 1 set provided for 2 toilets. - Only manage to contact the host 1 day before booking despite 3 follow up messages and instructions only given 4 hours before check in. Overall: decent stay for the price paid. Don’t expect too much and manage your expectations.
