Great for singles. Not for families with infants or elderly withlimited mobility. Pros: The apartment was clean. The location was good. Chrison is very contactable. Cons: When we first arrived, we were stuck at the guardhouse for a long time. You need a QR code to check in. If you drive, there is 2 flights of stairs each time to and from the carpark. There is a small flight of stairs at the entrance of the apartment block. It was very inconvenient for us with an infant and pram. The water heaters are extremely loud. They should be replaced. The dryer is broken. The living room and dining room aircon was not cold making the common area uncomfortable during the hot day. The bedsheets smelled like they have not been washed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, pretty and comfortable home. Looks exactly like the listing photos. Home is near to many nice restaurants. BIG thanks to the host for being super responsive and friendly.
