This home worked out perfectly for my family and our visit to Fairfield Bay, AR. We have friends that own ATV Excursions at Fairfield Bay and were coming to town on a family vacation to enjoy exploring the Ozark Mountains on ATV's and spending time with our friends. The home was exactly as described and worked out perfectly for our needs. It was very clean had had more amenities than what was listed. I brought paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning supplies, as I wasn't sure if these items would be available. It was so helpful that they were already provided. The home was in a peaceful location off the beaten path with amazing views. We had a slight problem with an incorrect code listed in the manual to unlock the lock box to get the key to open the house, but we contacted the host and was given the correct code in mere minutes. Aside from that, check in was a breeze and was even offered early check in. Check out was even easier, we just followed the easy instructions!

My husband and I stayed for a few days during Spring Break. We absolutely loved it here, and we will definitely come back if we ever get the chance! The view was beautiful, and it was so homey and peaceful! It was helpful that this place is pet friendly as well. The cleaner, and Evolve were also extremely helpful and understanding when our puppy broke out of his kennel and damaged a few things in the house. The cleaner reached out to me and reassured me several times that everything would be okay. Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in!

Great little place. We loved coffee in the morning on the back deck watching the sunrise. Very large second story deck for great viewing opportunity. Loved how stocked the coffee bar was as well as the amount of covers they offered. Nice quiet little place with tons of quirkiness.
