You can enjoy a stroll in the Tuileries gardens 9 minutes away, and go to the Louvre 9 minutes away on foot. 105 m2 apartment on the 5th floor with elevator which includes: - 1 living room with sofa bed, coffee table, 1 table with chairs, tv and wi-fi - a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washer-dryer) - 1 bedrooms with queen size bed and private bathroom with bathtub and toilet - 1 bedroom with queen size bed with a shower - 1 bedroom with queen size bed - 1 independent bathroom with toilet The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper

We absolutely loved this apartment! Beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. We had 4 girls so, having all of the bathrooms was amazing and there were also 2 hair dryers in the unit. Johanna was super responsive and flexible with our checkin and checkout times to accommodate flights. We loved how we could walk to everything (Louvre is a 10min walk) and there was a few cute bars within a block for a drink on the way home, we loved Bijou bar across the street and the bar at the Kimpton around the corner which also had a rooftop bar. The building itself was quiet and we never heard or saw neighbors. Johanna also left us a lovely bottle of red wine which we enjoyed on night 2. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!! We miss Paris already….

Beautiful, clean, bright apartment, welcoming to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. Responsive management team. We had a couple of needs while staying here and Johanna was quick to meet them without hesitation. The yaago website was a great tool to use for instructions on how to do everything in the apartment. Better than having to figure it out ourselves. Location was perfect for us. Opera Metro was about a two minute walk away, if even so long. There’s a small market across the street that is open quite late. And apparently, there’s hopping nightlife all along the street because at night we would see bouncers all dressed up in suits. There are lively wine bars on the street, too. We didn’t go any of them because I was traveling with my mother and young children, but I think they would be worth checking out.
Ubicación ideal. Interior del edificio decepcionante por abandono y suciedad. Apartamento en buenas condiciones, pero los radiadores de los dormitorios apagados y justo esos días de Semana Santa tuvimos 8 grados por la noche. Tuve que insistir varias veces y finalmente aceptaron encenderlos a distancia. Aunque yo ya sabía que el check out era a las 10 h de la mañana solicité una hora más de margen por tratarse de un domingo y me dijeron que si lo hacía tendría que pagar extra, me pareció un detalle muy feo . La comunicación fue buena y rápida.
