Cedar Tides is a small, 4 unit, townhouse condo complex right on the Gulf of Mexico. As a corner unit you're surrounded by huge windows overlooking the water, you'll feel as if you're on the bow of a ship. You can walk to town and enjoy the quiet. There are few places that will make you feel this at home with island living! Bathed in natural light from numerous windows, this top level unit offers stunning Gulf views and unbeatable sunsets. Access the property via an exterior staircase, leading to a luminous main level. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with an air fryer, invites you to dine in with ease with seating at the counter and a spacious dining table for six. The living room is perfect for lazy afternoons with two swiveling recliners and a comfortable sofa bed facing a large television equipped with your favorite apps. Step out onto the wrap-around deck for ample seating and the option to soak up the sun or enjoy the shade. From here you can watch the dolphins play in the Gulf and see an array of local birds from Osprey to our coveted Roseate Spoonbill. Ascend to the upper floor to find a nice sized loft bedroom with high ceilings and a cozy queen bed. The upper level also features a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and updated fixtures. *If you're looking for more space, Cedar Tides also rents the lower unit as a studio and the entire townhouse as a 2 bed 2 bath.

Lovely condo on the water, private and secluded. Spacious interior open floor-plan with amazing views. Wonderful laid-back community. Will return and use Katie’s condo again!
You can't beat this location, and the upstairs corner unit has incredible views. Extremely comfortable, very well outfitted for a long stay... just a fantastic spot. It's exactly as described, and it's well worth the money. Easy, quiet walk to Dock Street; everyone smiles and greets as you pass on the sidewalk; incredible views from the living room and the wrap-around deck. You won't regret staying here!
Very peaceful place. The views are just unbelievable. Just sitting on the porch we watched dolphins feeding, ospreys catching fish and numerous other birds. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. A relatively short walk into "downtown" but rent a golf cart, they're everywhere! Unfortunately the dock is not yet repaired from the hurricane damage but you can't fault anybody for that. There's a reason it's called the Nature Coast so if you're looking for a lot of nightlife and action this is not the place. But if you want to relax, eat a lot of fresh fish and shrimp and enjoy nature this is the place. There are several very interesting shops and museums in the area as well. Truly a place to "unplug". Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. Could not get enough of the epic view of the water from the porch. Very ideally situated, walking distance to the town and pier, and great responsiveness on the part of the host, Katie.
