Choosing Nueng's villa could be the most impressive and lucky destiny I've ever encountered on Airbnb. The villa is spacious and decoration is stylish and stunning. Sara, the stewardess is always helpful, like a magician, would do anything to meet our needs, we had Muay Thai training lesson in the courtyard and played foot ball on the lawn. Had a dinner party prepared within 3 hours. It is regrettable that Nueng is on business trip at our stay and I had to go back to Shanghai one day earlier, we couldn't meet. Nueng is always there with instant responses and hospitality. Would definitely love to come back again.

A great place for a get together for friends or family. Large dining and reception room is fantastic for a communal meal. The staff were exceptional... Sarah was there to greet and to continually check everything was ok. she organised a lovely new years dinner for the 8 of us. breakfast was whatever you wanted and presented beautifully by K Ya. Pi was there whenever you wanted anything. The property is not as close to the airport as it looks and we didn't notice plane noise. it's about 20 minutes to the old town. there are a few local restaurants and bars within walking distance. there's a great coffee shop on the same estate.

Some friends and I rented this villa for a few nights of luxury while we were visiting Chiang Mai, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We felt like kings and queens staying in a palace...I think the only problem with our stay was that the house was so nice, and we had everything we needed right there, so we didn't venture out much...but that's a great problem to have! The house is located inside of a kind of gated village, so it's quiet, and there's not a lot of traffic going through the area. I believe the owner, Nueng, lives on the top floor of the house, but it felt separate from the rest of the house, and he was not around during our stay. The villa is really close to the airport so transportation there was easy and arranged through Nueng's friend, Sara, who was very helpful with everything we needed. Sara also owns a Thai/Italian restaurant nearby that looked really good, but we didn't have time to dine there. The proximity to the airport, and planes periodically taking off and landing never seemed to bother any of us at all. Taxis were the easiest way to get into town and back to the house, and Uber ended up being the cheapest option. They even gave us a card that had directions to the house in Thai which we could give to our drivers to find the house on the way back. When we arrived, we were given a very warm greeting by everyone; there was a snack prepared for us at the grand table, and they had water and coffee readily available for the remainder of our time there. Nueng's home is stunning, and even more amazing than it looks in these photos (which says a lot). Ya and the rest of the staff were extremely attentive, and cooked great food for us. We hosted a dinner one night, and Ya made a delicious Thai meal...we enjoyed the leftovers for the next two days. Breakfast was ready for us every morning, and it was wonderful to walk out of the bedrooms to all of the windows and doors open, allowing for nice light and a cool breeze to come through the living space. The acoustics in the main room are amazing, and we had our music playing at most times. Another housekeeper, Oh, also works as a masseuse, and she gave me one of the best Thai massages I've ever had on a table right in the rice barn; it felt as though I were in the jungle, and I was able to completely relax. It was also nice to cool off and relax next to the saltwater pool, and even though it's situated in the front of the house next to the road, it felt very private because it's not a busy street. We didn't want to leave when it came time to depart. Nueng has clearly put a lot of effort into this beautiful home,...

My family and I stay in this wonderful villa for 3 nights. I have to say fantastic!!!There's a big garden and beautiful swimming pool, My family are shocked by the cozy villa and wonderful view, even more wonderful than the pics. Nueng gave us warm welcome and treat us as family, he flied from Bangkok to Chiang Mai who meet us, and welcome snacks and gift. We enjoyed every moment staying here and had very nice talking with each other. I surely will come back again and would recommend this place for all of you. 非常好的住宿体验，比图片美100倍。我们一家人在这里玩的特别开心，房东不仅很帅，还非常热情nice，旅途中有任何的问题，他都会尽最大努力帮忙。强烈推荐！！！很值得！
