Very cute property in a nice peaceful village. A few minutes walking distance to a lovely 14th Century pub with great food, drinks and atmosphere. Plenty of quiet fields and car free space for dog walking. Tiny property but perfect for a couple or small family. The property is located in a lovely part of Sussex and is an ideal base for travelling around the area exploring the coast and other historical landmarks and attractions. Nice, very safe, enclosed sunny garden. The toilet seat has a problem with its fixings so was loose & wobbly, but the bathroom was clean and otherwise worked well, with the added bonus of a good, fluffy, absorbent mat for stepping out of the shower. The heating was efficient and very easy to use when it was cold, so nice and cosy at all times. The property is located next door to a primary school and there is a large sixth form college in the area, so the area was busy in the afternoon and arrival and departure times should probably take this into account.

Assuming the TV issue and WiFi router location are fixed and the house instructions are provided then any future guest experiences should be good. The property is as adorable as it's described.

Lovely place,great location, walking distance to two local country pubs . Would have been nice to have some local information in the cottage and a wifi password. The stairs were quite steep but given the space it’s been very tastefully designed.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in this cottage. It’s a perfect little retreat, that was quiet and peaceful. It was always warm and cozy with very comfortable beds. Our host was very considerate, helpful and friendly.
