On the upper floor, the villa has a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate WC. Externally, the villa has a parking space for one car at the entrance and a south-facing garden area. On the garden side there is a terrace with seating, sun loungers and parasol. The communal pool (11 x 4.50 m) is heated and available from 1 May to the end of September. The pool area has sun loungers, a gazebo, a pool house with amenities such as an electric plancha, a sink, a fridge/freezer and dining furniture. The villa is located in a residential area in Gaujac, in the Provençal Gard, between Avignon and the Gorges de l'Ardèche. You can reach a supermarket in approx. 10 minutes on foot.
