Our beautiful home is on a peaceful residential road, tucked just off twickenham green & a short stroll to excellent local cafes, restaurants & bars. We are spoilt for choice with stunning river walks on our doorstep, as well as easy access to both Richmond Park & Bushy Park, London’s largest Royal Parks! Not to forget twickenham stadium is a 15 minute walk! Our home is a great base for exploring the city. Twickenham train station is a 15 minute walk with fast direct links into central London. Our spacious home has been lovingly decorated throughout to ensure a very comfortable stay. The house is uniquely wide and boasts fantastic entertaining space. The kitchen dining area is flooded with natural light and offers plenty of space to socialise in. There is a generous double reception room at the front of the house with comfortable seating. Separately there is a functional utility room and ground floor WC. Arranged over the top two floors are three generous bedrooms with comfortable beds, and two good size bathrooms, one with a free standing roll top bath. There is a large private garden to the rear of the house. We have lovely outdoor furniture to utilise in the summer. Please note this is our home; although we have cleared space to ensure guests can stay comfortably, there are still personal items of ours in the property. Kitchen cupboards, fridge/freezer contents etc, you are welcome to use, just please replace at the end of your stay.

Georgie and Rory’s house is a home away from home. It has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay in a great location 5 minutes walk from Twickenham high street and close to the river for a scenic walk. Parking was easy outside the house and Georgie sorted out a parking permit for our stay. A great base if visiting the area!
Second time staying. Georgie made a couple of small improvements per my prior suggestions which was good to see. Parking required a small extra fee but Georgie handled the paperwork for me online and I parked as a resident for the three days I was there. Parking always found within 25 yards of the front door. Again, loved the kitchen-dining space in this home. Sun showed itself briefly and sitting outside was pleasant. An easy area to drive around. Exactly what I look for in an AirBNB - A home away from home.
If you’re looking to stay in this part of London this place provides a great base. Walkable to river, restaurants, grocers, fishmonger, and butcher. A good old fashioned town high street right around the corner. Wish my local high street was this good. Couple of good pubs. Some lovely history, Teddington locks, Richmond Bridge and Hill. All walkable.
Thank you Georgie and Rory for welcoming us to your lovely home. We stayed for 8 nights with 2 young children and it was a beautiful space warm and clean. Also very close to playgrounds, shops etc. Gorgeous and well recommended.
We booked a last minute stay at Georgie’s for a family weekend to watch the rugby and explore some of London with the kids. Georgie was friendly and very helpful. The house worked perfectly for us, it was clean and tidy and beautifully decorated throughout. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.

Twickenham is a friendly neighbourhood on the River Thames, surrounded by green parks, yet within easy reach of central London and the hustle and bustle of city life! Twickenham itself is packed with great independent coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, high street shops, butchers fishmongers etc etc! Everything you need on your doorstep for a fantastic stay in London.
There is tonnes of green spaces; Twickenham Green is a short stumble from our house, as well as kneller gardens located close behind our house with tennis courts and children’s play area. Marble hill house is a great spot with a gallery, cafe & huge gardens overlooking the river. Richmond park and bushy park are also close by and well worth visiting for the deer!
Transport links are in abundance from buses a short walk away, to Twickenham train station which has direct trains into London Waterloo in 20 mins.
Car parking can be arranged on street separately with us or there is pay to park in the borough. Everything is mostly accessible on foot however, with buses a short walk away which go direct to Richmond where the district line tube connects to, whilst also twickenham train station is a 15 minute walk and has 20 minute direct train service into London Waterloo.
Lime bikes are brilliant and a quick and cheap option to travel between places or around the parks
