Located on a quiet road within walking distance of the main gas station that has a café, and offers some basic staples. The local Mini Market is also within walking distance, the market is well stocked and offers all the basic needs. A small local bar is attached to the market where all the locals go and socialize. At the rear of the market there is a small dining room and an outdoor patio with some of the most beautiful views the area has to offer as well as a fenced in paly ground. Simple fare is available most days like burgers, wings and some local dishes like octopus, goat, and lamb.

A car is highly recommended for your stay, we are located a short drive from the SCUTE main highway that takes you to all the other great places this island has to offer. From the town you are less than ten minutes to the village of Nordeste, 30 minutes to Ribeira Grande, and 45 minutes to Ponta Delgada. Furnas is a quick 25 minute drive away and features hot springs restaurants that have food prepared in the tradition manner using the natural ovens in the ground. Parking is provided and street parking is also readily available.
