This is a great place to stay overnight when visiting this gorgeous area and very pretty village. Very quiet, friendly host. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at local pub and cafe. Thank you!

A lovely annexe separate from the main house and set in a charming village. Extremely peaceful, an easy walk to the main pubs / cafes and great for exploring the surrounding area. We had a very enjoyable stay.

A really lovely little place to stay if visiting Brighton or the South downs. Some lovely areas to do trail runs or walks and not far from Brighton at all. Fantastic communicative host and overall really pleased, thank you Penny.

Penny's annex was lovely and just what we needed to stay in Ditchling. Really reasonably priced and great location in such a beautiful village. Would recommend!

We had a super stay in Ditchling! Penny was a wonderful host and the room was the perfect base for exploring the area. Ditchling Beacon and Devil’s Dyke are both nearby and Brighton is a short drive or a 10 minute train from Hassocks (30 min walk, pavement the whole way).
