A great place to stay! I was visiting my friend in Gorseinon and conveniently Ian's place happened to be very close by. Ian was very responsive throughout, and with the helpful directions I was able to locate his place very easily (and also the parking behind the house). The place itself was excellent, very neat and clean and with everything one could need in the room (including some sweet treats!). I particularly liked the little details like a bed light attached to the bottom of the bed (so it was unobtrusive yet useful), USB charging cables, and house slippers. The bathroom is huge and was a joy to use! Sadly I couldn't make use of the hot tub (that was outside) as it was raining, Ian also kindly offered my friend to make use of it :-) I didn't need to use the kitchen but it had everything one needed. Ian was friendly and welcoming (and so was Dyson the dog!) and overall I had a great stay. Definitely recommended!

Ian was a great host. Everything from start to finish was amazing. The house was very clean with everything you need inside. Parking at the back of the house and jacuzzi in the garden made my stay even more pleasant and relaxing. I will definitely come again.Thank you very much Ian 🙏🏻

Although I was coming from another continent, I felt home. Had the pleasure to have dinner with the host and enjoyed his company. This place is new, clean and looks even better than the pictures.

Thank you Ian for a wonderful stay! You were proactive and communicated well. The place looked just as you described it, with a comfy bed and the bathroom was phenomenal, didn't even need the hot tub as I was already relaxed for the night. The floor I occupied was private and was able to pick between staying in two rooms. The only thing would be the parking space in your back garden is very low key and out the way but I did find you listed instructions. It was easy to find by foot which is still good. It was lovely to meet you and Dyson, you welcomed me right away with a cup of hot tea, thank you. This place felt new, clean but still homely. I0/10 deffo recommend.
