Close to everything in Brighton. The bed was not as comfortable as I would like. Great stay and lovely space would recommend for a short stay 👌🏾

Plus : Emplacement pratique (bus, train et commerces, jetée, pavillon royal, North street). Cuisine bien équipée. Logement propre et équipé comme indiqué. Moins : Odeur de cigarettes forte. Attention si vous ne le supportez pas. Le matelas dans la chambre est très vieux et mou. A remplacer. Le cliclac dans le salon est adapté pour un enfant. Pas pour un adulte. Instructions pour le départ peu claires. Si vous venez à 3 il faudrait une chaise en plus. Communication limitée au strict nécessaire. A essayer pour un couple idéalement.

David and co are great hosts, and as I former Brightonian the location is pretty perfect! 10 mins to the station, a few mins to the Lanes and the pier. As others have mentioned the smell of smoke from downstairs is strong in the hallway, but the flat does not. The sunset sky is visible from the lounge and is quite lovely as well!

The location was perfect as my husband was working in the area. It was within easy walking distance of the seafront and the town. Very convenient location. The apartment was described as “spacious” although that would be a little exaggerated I feel. It was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Everything you could possibly need. The kitchen sink needs attention as water takes ages to drain away. Also the apartment below must have a heavy smoker as there was a smell of cigarette smoke upon entry to the building. This was constant.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Flat was well equipped and we didn't need to get anything extra to make our stay more comfortable. We didn't get the meet and greet or instructions sent before arrival and I didn't get a question answered ahead of the trip. But this was sorted quickly with a phone call. I only have a couple of criticisms, firstly there needs to be better curtains in the living area if that's utilised as a second sleeping area, they are not blocking any light. The second thing is the windows, given the area I know replacing them is probably not easy but you may want to consider secondary glazing as the noise coming is is so bad. We did really enjoy our stay and my wife is planning another trip to Brighton soon (minus the marathon this time). Thanks
