Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the covered front porch and a great back yard to enjoy grilling under the covered grill area and a big beautiful fire pit. Small front yard with a fully fenced area, large fully fenced backyard area. Big nice covered deck with plenty of seating. Inside this precious tiny home, you will have a cozy electric fireplace and heating/cooling units upstairs and downstairs. Beautiful antique Clawfoot tub for relaxing. Beautiful tiny home in a great location. This home is in between Fairfield Bay and Greers Ferry. It’s located on Sandiff road that leads you to the river. It’s a great spot to ride your ATV’s or take your kayaks too. Just down the road from Fairfield Bay. Fairfield Bay has several ATV trails, marina on Greers Ferry Lake and several nice restaurants. Cravens grocery store is a large market minutes from The Enchanted Cottage. They have a great selection of wine and beer. The Resort Store is about a minute down the road. They offer gas, diesel, beer, wine and have pizza made to order and other food choices. The Enchanted Cottage is in the perfect location to enjoy water sports, hiking, biking and ATVING. There is plenty of space to park your boat or ATV trailers. There is an exterior plug and faucet on the house next to the driveway. We have high speed fiber optic internet. Approximately 150 up/down! We don’t have an iron/ironing board but there is a clothing steamer in the cabinet in the bedroom.

Our stay at The Enchanted Cottage was an outstanding experience. The cottage itself was exactly as described and absolutely charming. The space is a perfect example of the maximum utility of a minimum area. Each of the two rooms, the ground floor and the upstairs, was beautifully furnished and decorated and equipped with everything a traveler could need, and the taste was impeccable, inspired and delightful. The rear porch and fenced in yard were a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors and our daughter’s three dogs couldn’t have been happier with their outdoor playground. Melonie, our host, responded to our messages quickly, warmly and helpfully. We have stayed in many great Airbnb locations and this certainly rates as one of the best. Highly recommended!
The cottage was very cute and cozy. It was in a private location that was easy to find. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a cozy and sweet little getaway.
Beautiful place to stay and so peaceful. It had all we needed to cook and grill and enjoy a night by the fire pit.
Lovely quaint cottage with a picturesque view of the surrounding fields. The layout of the inside is perfect, and the owners thought of everything in the way of amenities. The patio string lights were on when we arrived making it very inviting. It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for a weekend getaway to Greers Ferry! Also, very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Circle drive from highway 16 to Sandiff road makes it easy to pull boats and ATV trailers in and out.

I have been enjoying the Greers Ferry Lake and area since I was a toddler. I moved here permanently in 2016. The Treehouse Condo was originally purchased for use as my office. My husband John and I enjoy living here and lake time!
