Host are easy to communicate, but she give me a different room not the one that I booked and its very different from the photos, the room looks smaller, Condo is close to embassy just walking distance. Easy to find the location of the building

We stayed here for my mom's US visa interview. perfect location. about 5 mins walk only to the us embassy. the host is responsive which is great the room is brand new, squeaky clean, the wifi is strong. we didnt get to use the tv as it had no channel open & we don know how to log in our netflix account. our bad, no big deal. the bathroom is brand new, very clean, but the floor drain is clogged. but i think with a normal bathroom pump/ suction cup it should be fine. we just didnt asked it to he fixed during our stay since it drained eventually, just very slowly. and we love her place.

Good place, quiet, clean room and facility. Gym and pool on 8th floor and right across Roxas blvd from USA Embassy.

Right across the US Embassy, which is fit for my purpose of staying. It helps that there’s a 7/11 on the ground flr of the bldg as well.
