Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We have 6 rooms and 4.5 bathrooms, 1 Kitchen and 1 kitchenette plenty of parking and garage. This property is well located near to historic San German and to restaurants, cinema, pharmacy, Grocery store and all what you need to meet your needs. There is room for a limit of 20 persons if you rent the entire house. We have two kitchens, one per each floor of the property. Also both floors connect each other via internal and external stairs. There is plenty of space for a party and a car garage that can also accommodate up to 4 cars. The community is very peaceful and quiet. And on the second floor, each bedroom has its own balcony. We have water reserve of 600 gallons with its pump system.
