This airbnb was great! Clean and some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Gabriel answers us very quickly with anything we needed. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen and relaxing on the couch watching movies at night. The area we stayed in was walking distance to just about anything you want to do in the area! We felt very safe. We went to golds gym in the morning and walked home, ate at fig tree, Rubanos, Lou lou, and the courtyard kitchen. Would recommend them all!!! Worth noting there are two toddlers who live right above this unit. They are early risers! Plan to be up early to get your day started with those little feet above you lol. Great stay and would stay again. Perfect vacation spot.

Great location and bit down the road from all the Santa Monica Pier action, which we welcomed. The flat is just like the photos. I wish there was more natural light available. Since it’s a ground floor unit, we kept the shades drawn down as it looks onto the street level.

Great stay! Instructions on how to access were very clear and easy to follow. Beautiful place, very clean and very well located. High quality sheets and towels and soaps, etc Highly recommended!

This property is very well located and it was very good to have dedicated, secure parking too. Even though a few issues were unresolved Gabriel communicated with us very well.

My first disappointment with Gabriel's listing was that the address noted on the reservation was inaccurate, the actual property was more than a block away. when searching on Airbnb, I was very focused on finding a listing that was within walking distance of an event venue. I booked this property thinking that it would be a three to four minute walk but ultimately it was much farther than that. when I booked the listing, it had one address and then the host let me know that that was inaccurate and the property was in fact another block and a half away. The check-in instructions also indicated that I should not communicate with the building management in any way. that makes me wonder if the listing is legitimate. The toilets are tiny and uncomfortable, The walls are thin and neighbors are loud, the checkout instructions are complicated especially given the price of the unit per night. The location is amazing and ultimately the ease of access trumped all negatives. this host can improve
