Occupy this brand new luxury villa with spacious living room, good selection of elegant furniture, comfort elements and great community with pool and gym access. A perfect holiday home with garden, large balcony and all essential amenities. Located in a secure residential community, this brand-new luxurious Villa is the perfect space for a family vacation. There is an uninterrupted flow between the lounge, dining area and the kitchen. The living room is comfortably furnished and decorated with contemporary artwork and it features a cozy dining table for intimate family dinners or mealtime with friends. The kitchen has plenty of storage, counter space and all essential appliances and utensils. On the upper floor, there is a charming master bedroom containing king sized bed with private ensuite, floor to ceiling wardrobe and is flooded with natural light. The second bedroom contains a king size bed and a queen size bed on the third bedroom for restful nights and easy mornings. You can enjoy fresh air from the large balcony or take pleasure in gym and pool access along with all the new amenities. Parking space is available for several cars. The place is very private and very quiet, ideal for relaxing.

Here below the start of our trip to hell : 1. Pin to get the keys from the keybox was not provided even 24hours before arrival. I had to wait more than one hour in front of the door after midnight with children and infant, it was quiet a pain for all of us 2. There was water in the stairs and in many other areas of the house which was quiet slippy and dangerous for our children. There were also paint chips falling down from the ceiling 3. Wifi was not working on first floor where all the rooms are located. The smart TV in the first room is then useless 4. Water evacuation in the bathroom is really slow. For each shower taken, all the water flooded in the bathroom. The only way was to stop the shower and wait for decrease of water level 5. In downstair toilet, cleaning was not done with some dead insects on the floor 6. The AC was not working in the first bedroom which was quiet a pain for us Definitely not recommend this villa with such bad conditions, quiet direspectful to us!
اشكر الإخوة على حسن الضيافة وسرعة الاستجابة لمتطلباتي ، وسرعة تسجيل الدخول ، المكان عبارة عن فيلا صغيرة بمواقف خاصة مكونة من طابقين ، الطابق الارضي مكون من صالة وطاولة طعام ومطبخ صغير وحمام وغرفة غسيل ومساحة خارجية ، والطابق الاول عبارة عن ثلاث غرف نوم ، المكان جميل . من السلبيات : ١- تكييف غرفة النوم التي بها حمام غير بارد . ٢- غرف النوم تعتبر صغيرة بالنسبة لي . ٣- لا يوجد شطلف روائح في المطبخ . ٤- الواي فاي ضعيف في الطابق العلوي .
Place is very clean and location is great , nice out door area and fully equipped with everything you will need.

Taxi is the best way to make your way to and around the area encase you don't have your own vehicle.
