It may also be wise to take any necessary precautions to ensure you haven't brought any bed bugs back home with you. In conclusion, I would urge potential guests to steer clear of this villa. Until there is a clear indication that the villa has addressed these egregious sanitary issues and pest control problems, it is simply not safe to stay. Overall, my experience at the villa was mixed, with both positive and negative aspects to consider. Starting with the cons, several issues detracted from the stay. The villa itself was stained, and the broken picture frames added to a sense of neglect. Its location, while easily found, posed a challenge due to the distance from nearby attractions, necessitating at least a 30-minute drive. The kitchen's unpleasant odor and stained floors were further disappointments, as were the poorly attached curtains. Additionally, disturbances from outside noise made sleeping difficult. On a brighter note, the villa did have some notable positives. Its easy-to-find location offered convenience, and the presence of numerous gardens was a nice touch, especially for families with children. The host's friendly and responsive nature also stood out as a positive aspect of the experience. While the villa had some positive features, such as the friendly host and child-friendly gardens, the overall stay.

Thank u for this nice experience I just want to add some of my own notes here hope it will help u for improving these notes later own. 1- the towels weren’t so clean and there is smell on it. It would be much better if it got changed or get to deep clean bez I am sure other guests will put there evaluation in the survey 2- the store area smell so bad and it’s not clean 3- cleaning items wasn’t available which let us to buy it where we should not do it bez the fees is expensive and should cover all these things 4- also there is no garbage 🗑️ disposal provided there !! We had to put kitchen basket in the living room and some bathrooms also doesn’t have a garbage 🗑️!! I hope my notes are clear and useful for ur improvement step 🙏

Similarly, a ride to Downtown Dubai, Mall of the Emirates, and Business Bay can be anywhere between 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the traffic. Moreover, the community lies in the neighborhood of Mudon, NSHAMA Town Square, Reem by Emaar, Dubai Sustainable City and Arabian Ranches Phase II.
