Our trip to London became precious thank to this stay. Maria’s warm hospitality gave us peaceful and relaxing feeling. The house is beautiful and filled with lovely artwork, plants, and music.

We often look for a B and B in this area and as I told Maria this one is tops. It is a beautiful home and the guest space is completely private. Maria is friendly and helpful and one feels very much at home from the start. We certainly highly recommend, but in doing so, we know there will be less availability for us !

Absolutely enjoyed my stay with Maria. Fantastic location and within super short walking distance of Crystal Palace, Crystal Palace Park and the triangle. Everything was very clean, an amazing bathroom and all round a lovely place to stay. I loved my welcome biscuits and always had great conversations with Maria. Would definitely like to stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality Maria.

Maria made me very welcome and the room was lovely, comfortable, spacious and spotless with an en suite bathroom. It was very peaceful at night and I slept soundly. It’s a five minute walk to the station with trains into central London every 10-20 minutes.
