Illia’s place was beautiful and felt very homey and comfortable for my family. It was spotless and nicely decorated. It had glimpses of Illia’s life and personality which was a nice touch, most Airbnbs feel more like hotels these days. We felt right at home. It was spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s convenient and is only a 15 min drive to downtown Durham and about 20 mins to Raleigh. We checked out one of Illia’s cafe recommendations and it did not disappoint.

Illia's place is in a quiet neighborhood, within an easy 15 mins of where we needed to be for our recent visit to Durham. Her place was modern, clean, and as described, with fun photos and souvenirs from around the world to look at, and a minimalist aesthetic. Illia was friendly and clear with her communication and house rules. Getting there, and getting in and out was easy. Thanks, Illia!

Amazing stay. This is a beautiful home with a charming personality. I really enjoyed the open space and minimal choice of decor that creates a peaceful atmosphere. It was hard to leave at times.
