Christine and Tony were lovely hosts and little Tily was an absolute cutie! Its a shame we didn't find them sooner for all our trips to Exeter while our daughter was at uni.

Christine and Tony’s place is beautiful and very well located to Exeter city (by public transport or walking). The room is beautiful and private and the breakfast is great. Christine and Tony are lovely and friendly hosts.

Well…what can I say? What a find!! After a four hour train journey to beautiful Exeter in preparation for a wedding, we arrived at Valley House where we were welcomed by Christine…and of course Tilly!! Beautiful setting and Christine was very very welcoming. We were shown up to the room and we were blown away. The room was lovely with huge glass windows, the comfiest bed, lovely sofa and two very thirsty looking wine glasses!! There was a coffee machine that my other half is STILL raving about, fridge with fresh bread, butter, marmalade, jam, fresh OJ and milk, a kettle, a toaster and beautifully presented cutlery. It went above and beyond anything we could have expected. We were made to feel very welcome and we were given details of local taxis, bus stops and suggestions as to where we could dine. We brought back some left over pizza from a meal we had in town and the hosts were fine about this plus a handy box to put all our dirty dishes in. Thank you so so much. Please book NOW!!!
