Nina was a wonderful host who was extremely responsive and courteous during our stay. The house is in a great location that was very convenient for our event at the Rose Bowl. The neighborhood is beautiful and felt very safe; it was quiet yet still close to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip.

Our stay had its highlights, such as the charming neighborhood, comfy beds, location being convenient, and the neighborhood feeling safe for our morning walks, however there were significant drawbacks that impacted our overall experience. The state of the bathroom was upsetting. The presence of mold and smell of urine made it uncomfortable to use, to the extent that we showered with our shoes on. Despite my desire to relocate to another Airbnb, my partner preferred to avoid the hassle of disrupting our trip plans, so we endured the discomfort. In my opinion, this place is not worth the price unless the bathroom is renovated. It has potential, but its current condition falls short of expectations. It's essential for hosts to ensure that basic amenities meet acceptable standards of cleanliness, especially when welcoming guests. I hope that our feedback will prompt the host to address these issues, leading to a more enjoyable experience for future guests.

This was the worst airbnb I have ever stayed in. The bathroom looked to have mold in the shower. There were clutter drawers throughout the house. The bathroom tiles were able to move and the place was in desperate need of a deep clean. From first glance it may look fine but once actually looking it was not. We chose to address the issue after our vacation in order to not ruin our vacation if the host may be rude. Once addressing the issue the host was very rude and mean. She called us multiple mean names and was not professional at all. I had to stop responding as the host would not stop repeatedly blowing up my phone with rude messages. Very not professional and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
